Due to the rapid business growth, now Fujitsu Indonesia is looking for experienced IT professional as well as fresh-graduate student from technical and electronic field to fulfill the below positions:
Service Delivery Manager

Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Service Delivery Management background in an operational/project environment.
- Significant skills in communication with customer, team and 3rd party suppliers.
- Can demonstrate use of reports to manage SLA.
- Can demonstrate skills in Service Improvement of team and 3rd party suppliers.
- Thorough understanding of regional business needs and business critical events.
- Excellent communicator, and feedback coherently to Lead SDM based in the UK.
- Significantly contributes to the overall team and can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
- Has managed contractual and commercial service obligations.
- Can evidence the use of trending and analysis in the context of service performance.
