SPV – Management System

Job Description
• Follow up and and monitoring corrective and preventive action on quality management
• Overview sustainability of quality management and ensure procedure has been implemented effectively
• Actively involve as internal auditor and coordination
• Responsible to ensure ISO documentation and distribution is maintained well
• Support function in reviewing system and procedure
• Develop training program for TPM, 5R, Continuous Improvement, Root cause analysis and 7 waste (LEAN)
• Enhance performance with Focus Improvement Project
Requirement
• Male, 25-35 years old
• Education: Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil)
• Experience in ISO 9001:2008 (Prefer certified as Internal Auditor) and document control
• Good Practice in 5S, TPM, Continuous Improvement, Root cause analysis and 7 waste (LEAN)
• Strong personality, good initiative, high leadership skill, good trainer
• Willing to working in Head Office - Mampang, Jakarta Selatan
Management System Admin
Job Location: None | Deadline: 31 July 2013
Job Description
• Documenting and maintaining 5R audit and other communication tools.
• TPM input OEE data into excel, post and maintain the communication tools. Support TPM and improvement activity
• ISO 9001:2008 maintain ISO document as document controller
• Good understanding and practical comprehensive of Lean
Requirement
• Male, 23-30 years
• Education: Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil)
• Experience in ISO 9001:2008 (Prefer certified as Internal Auditor), fresh graduated are welcome
• Strong personality, good initiative, high leadership skill, good trainer
• Willing to working in East Factory, Sidoarjo
SPV Maintenance / Engineering
Job Location: None | Deadline: 31 July 2013
Job Description
Supervise and assigns work of maintenance employee.
Determines material, equipment and supplied to be used.
Coordinates renovations of exiting facilities and the construction of new facilities
Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintain also operates utilities equipment, plumbing, mechanical and other and other related systems in all others department locations.
Requirement
• Male min 30 years old
• Experience minimum 5 year in manufacturing field
• Education: Bachelor Degree - Mechanical Engineering
• Understanding lean manufacturing (5S, OEE, Kaizen, 7 waste, TPM, PDCA, visual management)
• Willing to working in East Factory, Sidoarjo
Electrical Engineer

6. Mempunyai pengetahuan dasar tentang sistem elektronik
7. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam PLC,HMI/SCADA.
