Job description:
- Manage to implement Chef’s activities in cooking and baking in Foods category.
- Support innovation team to create product prototype formulation and give input of local taste & consumer insight.
- Support Marketing activation in the country and create value in application of Foods product.
- Provide recipes for food products application in the kitchen, which represent Housewife to prepare meal for family.
- Manage resource in the team to support Foods business growth.
Requirement:
- Graduated from Hotel/Restaurant Institute/University or Food technology with high interest on cooking & baking.
- Experience and competence in cooking and baking.
- Experience and competence in creating recipes for foods.
- Working experience in chef or home cooking at least 4 years.
- Has managerial skill, creative, good communication skill.
- Fluent in English (in speaking & writing)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang factory
