• Excellent programming & problem-solving skills
• Proficient with PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS
• Proficient with PHP Frameworks (Codeigniter), MVC Model and OOP
• Experience with or knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB), MySQL, Memcache
• Ability to function effectively in a highly agile & iterative environment
• Experience with Mobile Web/App Development and handling high-traffic a PLUS
• Above all else a willingness to learn and get shit done
