PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk adalah terdaftar perusahaan pertambangan batubara publik terkemuka di Indonesia. Perusahaan telah beroperasi di Indonesia sejak tahun 1987 dan berkantor pusat di Jakarta. ITM didukung oleh 6 (enam) konsesi batubara di propinsi Timur, Tengah, dan Kalimantan Selatan. PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk juga didukung oleh 5 (lima) anak perusahaan, yaitu PT Indominco Mandiri, PT Trubaindo Coal Mining, PT Kitadin, PT Jorong Barutama Greston, dan PT Bharinto Ekatama. ITM juga beroperasi 1 terminal batubara di Bontang, 3 Fasilitas Membuka Barge, dan 1 pembangkit listrik. Berdasarkan Laporan Tahunan ITM 2012, Perseroan mencatat hasil yang sangat baik. Selama 2012, ITM berhasil menghasilkan total 27,5 juta ton batu bara, mewakili kenaikan 10% dari 25,0 juta ton pada tahun sebelumnya.

Project Procurement
Requirements
- Male/Female, min age 30 years old
- Strong report procurement utilization of Microsoft office including are Microsoft Word, Excell, Power Point, and Microsoft Project is preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with min GPA 3.00
- Minimum 6 years experienced in related fields/position
Project Quality Control Engineer
Requirements
- Male/Female, min age 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering with min GPA 3.00
- Minimum 6 years experienced in related fields/position
Project Control Engineer
Requirements
- Male, min age 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, Industrial EngineerAccounting or Business Practice
- Have min 6 years experience and knowledge in the project management focusing in Monitoring and Controlling area.
- Conversant with the international quality and documentation standardization, Safety Procedures and Business Process Management with sound experience in this field.
- Working experience in mining industry environment would be and advantage.
- Proficient in the use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera etc
Mechanical Engineer
Requirements
- Male, min age 33 years old
- Have good knowledge and experience in project management.
- Tertiary degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering minimum 5 years working experience in a project environment in mechanical disciplines. Working experience in mining industry environment would be and advantage.
- Proficient in the use of project management tools such as Primavera.
- Have good knowledge and experienced in mechanical design software refer to International or Local standards and codes.
- Have good knowledge and experience in contract administration and supply chain management.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a project environment in mechanical disciplines. Working experience in mining industry environment would be and advantage.
- Proficient in the use of mechanical design software tools such as HELIX and familiar with ACAD 2008.
Scheduler
Requirements
- Male, min age 30 years old
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a projects environment and focusing in project scheduling.
- Working experience in mining industry environment and Project Management would be an advantage.
- Proficient in the use of project schedule software tools such as PRIMAVERA and Microsoft Project.
- Have good knowledge and experience in project management.
- Have good knowledge and experience in construction sequencing, standards or codes.
Long Term Planning Team Leader
Requirements
- Male, min age 30 years old
- Have experience minimum 2 years in same level.
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Has working experience Minimum 7 years for mining knowledge in Mine Design: Concept of Mine Planning, Mine Method, Water Management, Costing
- Have Knowledge in Product Quality, Design Eviteria, Material Handling & Equipment Selection, and Stage plan.
- Experience and knowledge in mine model, processing, mine economic evaluation.
- Have Basic Knowledge in Handling simple mining assignment or manage small sized project.
