Sales Management Trainee (Code : SMT-RX)
To build GSK Pharmaceuticals future leaders for medical prescription and vaccine products, employee will enrol a 2 year development program of on the job training – in a series of commercial rotations in sales, marketing, training, business development, or other division to support GSK Sales business growth and achievements, with requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.0
- Fresh graduates, or graduates of maximum class 2011 with entry level work experience
- Excellent communication in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
- Good analytical thinking, result oriented, proactive and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in big cities in Indonesia during sales rotation, when needed
- Passion in sales and healthcare industry
- Possess driving license (SIM A & SIM C)
- Computer Literate
